Collin Air SMS Terms

Collin Air service SMS messages help customers coordinate HVAC service. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, technician en-route notices, arrival timing, job status updates, and two-way customer support related to active service work.

This service SMS program does not send marketing or promotional messages. Marketing text messages, if offered, require separate consent and may be operated through a separate SMS campaign.

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive service SMS messages from Collin Air, you consent to receive recurring service-related text messages from Collin Air at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Consent may be collected verbally when you schedule service or in a documented conversation with Collin Air staff, or by text when you reply to a Collin Air SMS message or text a keyword such as START to the Collin Air messaging number.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, service activity, and conversations with Collin Air. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS messages according to your wireless plan.

You can cancel Collin Air service SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message and then stop sending service SMS messages to that number unless you opt back in.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, handset, and network availability and is not guaranteed.

Collin Air handles SMS information according to the Collin Air Privacy Policy. Collin Air does not sell mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, or SMS consent information, and does not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Collin Air may update these SMS terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
