Collin Air uses customer information to schedule and deliver HVAC service, support customer accounts, operate the Collin Air customer portal, communicate about active service work, and meet legal and carrier compliance obligations.

We may collect customer name, service address, email address, phone number, account and billing details, appointment and service history, equipment information, portal usage information, and messages exchanged with Collin Air by phone, email, SMS, web form, or the customer portal.
How We Use Information
We use customer information to schedule appointments, send dispatch and technician status updates, respond to customer questions, provide service history and invoice access, maintain account records, improve our services, protect our systems, and comply with applicable laws, carrier rules, and customer consent requirements.
Service SMS Communications
If you provide SMS consent, Collin Air may send service-related text messages about appointments, dispatch events, technician arrival timing, job status, and two-way support for active service needs. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Collin Air service SMS messages are not marketing messages. Any promotional or marketing SMS program requires separate consent and may use a separate sending number or campaign.
SMS Data Sharing
Collin Air does not sell mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, or SMS consent information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except service providers that help us deliver and support our messages, and those providers may use that information only to provide services to Collin Air.
Service Providers
We may use trusted vendors to host systems, send messages, manage customer records, process payments, provide analytics, and support business operations. These providers are permitted to use customer information only as needed to provide services to Collin Air or as required by law.
Your Choices
You may opt out of Collin Air service SMS messages by replying STOP. You may reply START to opt back in or HELP for help. You may also contact us at service@collinair.com to update your contact preferences.
